Elite Shungite Stone
Discover shungite in its purest and rarest form. Elite shungite stone is a
raw, unprocessed mineral, which, unlike ordinary shungite, is
characterised by an exceptionally high carbon content, making
it truly unique among natural stones.
Each piece is original. Its irregular shape, natural
structure, and matte to slightly metallic appearance reflect its pure origin.
Elite shungite is mined exclusively by hand, and larger pieces
are very rare. It is therefore valuable not only for its properties but also as
a collector's and symbolic item or gift.
It is multifunctional. You can use it as a protective
talisman – on your desk, near electronics, in the bedroom, or in a
meditation corner – which will help you balance the influences of the modern
environment and promote a sense of calm, focus, and stability.
However, it is also suitable for purifying and harmonising
water. Place it in a container of water and let it act. This procedure
is part of long-term experience with shungite and is often associated with a
feeling of freshness, lightness, and balance in everyday life.
Elite shungite will also serve you during meditation and mindfulness
practice. Its weight and energy support deeper grounding, a return to
oneself, and inner silence. In space, it acts as a natural stabilising point
that helps anchor the atmosphere and induce a sense of security.
Elite shungite stone is a rare gift from the Earth and an ideal choice for
those looking for a truly exceptional natural element with a
deeper meaning.
Benefits of shungite
- Strengthens inner balance and calm.
- Increases energetic protection.
- Supports deeper meditation and transformation of consciousness.
- Helps neutralise harmful radiation from electronics.
- Enriches water with sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and other
minerals and natural antioxidants.
- Balances water pH to values between 7 and 7.5.
It is a beautiful symbolic gift for those interested in spirituality,
esotericism, or personal and spiritual development.
What is shungite
Shungite is a black matte stone with a natural carbon structure originating
from Karelia in Russia. This fossilised natural material from the seabed has
exceptional composition, properties, and wide applications.
It is known for its ability to absorb radio and electromagnetic
radiation and purify negative energies. It activates and
enriches water and serves as a natural filter. It has strong
protective effects.
It is extremely grounding, traditionally said to help better
integrate cosmic wisdom and karmic lessons, as its high
vibration helps bring your spiritual body down to the
physical plane.
Fullerenes, antioxidant, universal sorbent
Based on its structure, shungite is a mineraloid, a
non-porous polymineral carbonaceous rock, containing almost half of the elements
of the periodic table.
It contains carbon in the unusual form of fullerenes. These
are, after diamond, graphene, and graphite, the fourth known form of carbon and
have enormous potential in many areas.
Shungite is the most powerful known antioxidant and at the
same time a universal sorbent. It binds heavy metals, ammonia,
petroleum products, pesticides, phenols, surfactants, chlorine, and other
substances.
History
It got its name from its place of occurrence, the Karelian village of
Shunga on the shore of Lake Onega, where it was first discovered.
Northwestern Russia is the largest and oldest source of shungite; other deposits
are in Austria, India, Kazakhstan, and Congo.
From the early 18th century, it was used as a healing aid.
Tsar Peter the Great founded the first Russian spa in Karelia and also used the
properties of shungite to purify drinking water for the army.
In industry, shungite initially served as a substitute for coal coke in blast
furnaces for cast iron production. Later, new valuable
properties were discovered – absorptive, bactericidal, catalytic,
redox, and filtering.
These allowed for the use of shungite in various fields of science,
industry, and technology. For example, a number of new
nanotechnological materials were created based on it. Especially in Russia,
Norway, Sweden, and America, it is used for water treatment and
purification in wells, reservoirs, and swimming pools, and for
purifying wastewater from hospitals.
