Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, and stir into a water-filled bath.

A Suby C sorozatot daganatos betegség fékezése céljából kezdtem el használni. A C1-et reggel, a C2-t délben a C3-át pedig este inhalálom tenyérből és a csuklómra is kenek. Egy csepp elég belőlük, nagyon erőteljes, finom, gazdag illatok.
