„Epsomská sůl je tak krásně mnohostranná. Miluji z ní dělat sůl do koupele nebo tělový peeling. V pěkné skleničce s popsáním účinků jak soli, tak i EO a dalších přísad je to nádherný dárek nejen pro ženy. Přidávám buď olej mandlový, kokosový, meruňkový nebo olivový. After a big meal, a soothing blend will harmonise your body and calm your mind. It creates an experience of comfort and relaxation. It dissolves tension and constricting internal tension. You get a feeling of overall lightness.
As an ingredient in homemade cosmetics, it has a wonderful fragrance and works to invigorate tired, oily skin while also aiding in the care of cellulite-prone areas.

There are several types of oranges from which essential oils are made. The aroma can also vary depending on how the essential oil is obtained. The aroma of red orange essential oil is deeper, fuller and warmer than that of the regular sweet orange. The classic pressed essential oil, on the other hand, smells sweeter than the SUN version, which has a more astringent and sour aroma due to the additional distillation.
Due to the furanocoumarins it contains, this essential oil increases the skin's sensitivity to UV rays. After applying it to the skin, it is therefore recommended to avoid direct contact with sunlight, preferably for 24 hours.

Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.
