Inhalation
Drip 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or

final essential oil blend may vary slightly in its aromatic notes or
intensity. These subtle nuances are, however, proof of the
product’s authenticity and natural composition, not a sign of
reduced quality. We always follow a precise recipe and use the highest quality
ingredients. The quality of CTEO® allows for all common
aromatherapy applications. However, it is always necessary to respect the
principles of safe use and not to exceed the
recommended dosage of essential oils.
A sensitivity test is recommended before
application to the skin. (Try a small amount of essential oil diluted according
to the carrier oil formula on the wrist. This is how you find out if the mixture
suits you.) Children are extremely sensitive to the effects of
essential oils, so it is essential to always consult a specialist and take
special care when using them. Sensitive and chronically
ill individuals, pregnant and nursing women should also always consult
a certified aromatherapist or physician when using a blend. Anyone with
persistent feelings of discomfort should do the same. Great caution is also
required if animals are in the vicinity during your inhalation. They need to be
given time to leave the room.

Na tento EO som sa veľmi tešila. Prečítala som si jeho možnosti
použitia a vedela som, že ma k nemu nepriviedla náhoda. Jeho taká
zemitejšia vôňa mi sedí, dávala som difuzovat'. Po niekoľkých prebdetych
nociach, čo ma trápili bolesti ruky, myslím, že z karpalnych tunelov, ale
nemám to diagnostikované, som si povedala, že skúsim ho aplikovať na ruku.
Dala som dve kvapky do Sport relax a po chvíľke bolesti ustupovali a ja som
spokojne zaspala. Je to úžasné, nakoľko sme sa svojpomocne s mužom a
piatimi deťmi sťahovali z bytu do domu, naozaj tie ruky dostali zabrať. Tie
bolesti boli strašné a nespala som niekoľko nocí, len som sedela a skúšala
Nopu, chladiť…ale pomohlo iba na chvíľku. Tento olejček mi pomohol ihneď
a preto mu momentálne ako jedinému patrí čestné miesto na mojom nočnom
stolíku. ☺️
