Instructions for use
Seasoning of dishes
Use like regular salt to flavour any dish.
Recommendations:
Sodium chloride (salt) is present in a wide range of foods, which is why we
recommend using no more than 5 g of our Himalayan salt per day to flavour
your food.
inhalation, nasal lavage
To make the salt solution, mix 2–3 g of Himalayan salt and 3 dcl of
water.
Inhale the steam from the hot solution.
Flush the nasal cavities with this solution at a temperature of around 37℃,
using a special teapot or other equipment designed for this purpose.
Exfoliation
Moisten the skin thoroughly (e.g. with one of our BEWIT Essential Waters). Rub in the salt and continue the gentle massage. Leave on for a few minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water without soap. Thoroughly moisten the washed skin again.
To enhance hydration and promote skin regeneration, you can use our body oil serum BEWIT Essential Base Oil or BEWIT Opuntia Oil.
Saunas
After 5–10 minutes in the sauna, apply the salt to the skin and leave it on for another 5 minutes.
To enhance the effect, you can mix the salt with your favourite BEWIT Essential Oil, diluted in vegetable oil.
Bath
Pour a reasonable amount of salt (half to one cup) into a tub of warm water and relax in it for 15–20 minutes. After the bath, take a shower with lukewarm water without soap and rest for at least 10–20 minutes in a quiet and warm place.
To enhance the effects, perfect hydration and support regeneration, you can use one of our BEWIT Essential Waters, followed by the body oil serum BEWIT Essential Base Oilor BEWIT Prickly Pear Oil.

SK (🧂 Himalájska Soľ Ružová (Jemne Mletá) Himalájska soľ je pre mňa kráľovná solí a v jemne mletej verzii je ideálnou náhradou bežnej kuchynskej soli.
Prečo ju milujem? Pôvod a Čistota: Je to nerafinovaná, čistá kamenná soľ ťažená z podhoria Himalájí. Jej ružové sfarbenie je dôkazom prirodzeného obsahu minerálov a železa, bez akýchkoľvek chemických prísad alebo látok proti hrudkovaniu.

PL (Doskonała zarówno w kuchni, jak i do celów kosmetycznych. Byłam zaskoczona kiedy pierwszy raz sięgnęłam po sól Bewit, bo okazało się, że ma ona dużo bardziej słony smak niż himalajska sól z marketu, którą kupowałam wcześniej. To pokazuje, że jest w pełni naturalna, bez domieszek i dodatków. Używam jej również do celów kosmetycznych – 1/2 szklanki soli dodane do kąpieli, sprawia że skóra jest delikatna i odżywiona.

CS (V podzimním období si dělám směs do koupele na podporu ledvin a močového měchýře. Do soli přidám olej (mandlový, kokosový nebo třeba sezamový, od každého EO 3 kp a dílo je hotové. Miluji to teplo které vydrží a vůně co provoní nakonec celý byt a tím se zahřeje i zbytek rodiny. 🫶 Děkuji Bewit

Örülök, hogy gazdagodott az étkezésünk ezekkel az új sókkal. Eddig csak “tiszta sót” használtam, de szívesen nyúlok a himalájákhoz is ételízesítéshez, így többféle ásványianyaghoz jutunk 🙂

Táto sol je skvelá, inú už nebudem kupovať! Súhlasím s hodnoteniami nižšie, že jej stačí ozaj menej, zo začiatku som pár jedál prisolila a to solim naozaj málo, aj kvôli deťom, ale aj tak sa mi jedlo zdalo slanšie, ako zvyčajne. 😂

Himalájská sůl mě opravdu překvapila svou jemnou chutí, barvou i vůní.🙂 Používám ji v kuchyni a dokonce i jen tak samotnou na chleba. Super je také do koupele, ať už samotná nebo s přídavkem esenciálních olejů pro opravdový relax. 👌

Himalájská sůl je těžena ručně a není chemicky zpracována ani rafinována, což znamená, že neobsahuje přidané chemické látky ani aditiva. Plně u nás v kuchyni nahradila klasickou rafinovanou sůl, vhodná i do koupele společně s oblíbenými esenciálními oleji.

Świetna w kuchni( ogromny plus za estetyczne szklane opakowanie) oraz rewelacyjna do peelingu ciała (po którym super zastosować masaż np antycellulitowy z użyciem oleju z gorczycy plus olejek grejpfrutowy). 🙂

Skvelý pomer výkon cena. Roky používam v domácnosti už iba himalájsku soľ. Ak si raz zvyknete, k „obyč.“ už sa nevrátite. Z môjho pohľadu jej stačí oveľa menej ako bežne dostupnej kuchynskej soli v našich končinách. Okrem toho má svoju chuť, čiže jedlám dodáva veľmi jemnú príchuť.

Himalájskou sůl jsem si zakoupila do kuchyně. Postačí troška při přípravě pokrmů. Zakoupila jsem hned 3 kilové balení, takže vydrží dlouho a cena ta je naprosto jedinečná😊
