Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Poultice

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

A BEWIT BYF illóolajkeverék kellemes csalódás volt számomra. Már az első használatkor megfogott a friss, gyógynövényes illata, amelyben a citrom, az eukaliptusz és a szegfűszeg harmonikusan egészítik ki egymást. Diffúzorban használva frissíti a levegőt, és különösen jól esik az őszi-téli időszakban. Számomra a BYF a gondoskodás érzését adja. Amikor sok ember közé megyek, vagy úgy érzem, hogy a szervezetemnek extra támogatásra van szüksége, szívesen párologtatom vagy inhalálom. Kellemes, tiszta légkört teremt az otthonban, és segít a komfortosabb közérzet megteremtésében. Örülök, hogy kipróbáltam, és a mindennapi aromaterápiás rutinom egyik kedvelt keverékévé vált.

Elejében, amikor megkaptam a Byf olajat első illatolásra kicsit erős, és nem a legkellemesebb illatnak éreztem, de azóta nagyon pozítivak lettek a tapasztalataim vele kapcsolatban. Influenzás jellegű tüneteket tapasztaltam magamon, és több családtagomon is, és elkezdtük inhalálni, illetve mellhasra és talpba dörzsölni, természetesen bázisolajba csepegtettem, ehhez én a Bewit görögdinnye olajat használtam, ami kiválóan hidratálta a bőrömet. Bedörzsölés után bebújtam az ágyba, jól betakaróztam, és éreztem az izzasztó nyirokrendszer serkentő hatását. Azt vettük észre, hogy gyorsabban helyrejöttünk mint általában. Mindenkinek ajánlom a Byf olajkeveréket, ha hasonló problémákkal küzd.

Illatra először kicsit erős volt számomra. De ami nem tetszik arra van szükségünk. S tényeg, már nagyon megbarátkoztam vele. Párologtatóba használom. Ebben az időszakban épp cészerű hasznáni védekezés a víros ellen.
