Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the abdomen clockwise or on the soles of the feet.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

Pořídila jsem jako preventivní očistu těla. Každopádně se nám osvědčil do difuzéru i při nevolnosti. Já si tu hořkou, mentolovou, kořeněnou vůni zamilovala. Sem tam kápnu i na sáček vysavače…prostor při úklidu krasně pročistí.

Rozhodla jsem se pro očistu od nežádoucích návštěv v mém těle. Posledních pár dní mně lechtá v nose. Když jsem byla malá a mnula jsem si nos, maminka říkala je čas na lék proti roupům. Býval to většinou začátek školního roku. Vzpomněla jsem si na to a vytáhla esenciální olej A-Par. Dávám do kapsle 5 kapek a doleju olejem. Snažím se nezapomenout. Mažu chodidla a břicho. Inhaluji z dlaně aspoň 3× denně. Svědění ustoupilo. Věřím, že i nezvaní návštěvníci. Děkuji opět BEWIT.
