The reviews we publish come exclusively from customers who have actually purchased the products reviewed on the e-shop. For this purpose, our customers will receive a review link after making a purchase on our e-shop, which they can use to insert a review of the products purchased or our e-shop (we may also use external services for this purpose).

How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from product review emails?

You can receive emails with a link to insert product reviews in the following way:

  1. You can disagree with sending an email with a link to insert a review via Heureka.cz and Zboží.cz during the ordering process immediately before sending the order.
  2. In addition, with each order we will send you an e-mail with the option to write a review of our e-shop.
  3. You can also add a review of our e-shop directly on our e-shop in the section "Shop reviews".

How is it ensured that product reviews are not fake?

  1. Heureka., Zboží.cz. We do this through external suppliers to whom the information about the product purchased (order) and your name and email are forwarded. This means that it is technically only possible to enter product reviews for goods actually purchased.
  2. E-mail with the possibility to write a review. In the case of e-shop evaluation, we do this by sending each customer a custom evaluation form via e-mail to evaluate our e-shop.
  3. Adding a review via e-shop. Another way to add a review is directly on the e-shop. Only logged-in customers can add reviews in this way. We are able to verify from their order history that they have actually purchased goods from us.

All reviews also go through an approval process before they are posted on our e-shop to verify that the review is actually posted by the customer who purchased the product and that the reviews posted comply with our policies.

How do we determine which reviews are most important?

The reviews are sorted by most recent date (from most recent to oldest). You can have reviews ranked according to how helpful they are to our customers - we evaluate this based on our experience with the products being reviewed and the usefulness of the information in the review. You can sort the reviews by popularity - we measure this by the number of "thumbs up" assigned to each review by our logged-in customers.

What should I do if the product review link has not been sent to me?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the option of contacting our customer service via email info@bewit.love and then a link will be sent to you.
