BEWIT Bond Programme Continues

At BEWIT, we have been using bond financing for almost 10 years. During this time, it has become a natural part of our company's development and also a way for our customers, partners and investors to support the further growth of a Czech company they know well.

Last year, there was extraordinary interest in our bonds. The issue was sold out within a few weeks. We appreciate the trust of all those who decided to invest in BEWIT, and at the same time, we realise that many other interested parties did not have the opportunity to participate at that time.

That is why we are now launching a new bond issue BEWIT 2026 12.12/7.

Direct Investment in a Czech Company

BEWIT Natural Medicine, s.r.o. is a Czech company based in Ostrava. We are dedicated to the development, production and distribution of products in the field of healthy lifestyle, aromatherapy, natural cosmetics, essential oils, food supplements and other natural products.

Our goal is to build a strong, stable and meaningful company in the long term, based on its own products, its own production, quality, community and trust.

Bonds are not an anonymous financial instrument for us. They are a form of direct relationship between the investor and BEWIT. Investors can thus support the further development of the company, its operations, inventory, new products, marketing, foreign markets and other business activities.

• fixed interest yield: 12.12% p.a.,

• yield payment: quarterly,

• issue date: 6 June 2026,

• maturity date: 6 June 2033,

• total issue volume: CZK 92,000,000,

• ISIN: CZ0003584427.

The bonds are issued as registered paper bonds. Complete documentation has been prepared for the issue, including issue terms, an information document, a risk warning, a guarantee statement and a bond subscription agreement.
