PROCEDURE

Find a quiet and peaceful place where you can lie down or sit comfortably. 

Drip the BEWIT Balance essential oil blend into your palms or aroma diffuser.

Take several deep breaths of the scent.

If you need it, cover up and make yourself comfortable. 

Relaxation phase

Close your eyes. It's a beautiful warm day and you feel like a walk in the woods. You feel your breath. It is quiet, calm and flows slowly with an upward inhale and a downward exhale along your spine.


You give your full attention to the slow inhalation and even slower exhalation. They bring you a sense of calm and relaxation. Thoughts melt away and you feel more and more calm and relaxed.

Meditation phase


You slowly walk along the path leading to the forest. Pebbles and twigs crunch underfoot. All around you can smell the beautiful relaxing scent of coniferous trees and herbs.

Your feet feel the roots of the trees and connect with them. You are growing into the Earth and connecting with it. Your feet are strong and will carry you wherever you go.


You thank the forest and slowly walk out of it into the sunny day.
