You will need:

1 tablespoon of perfume base or high proof alcohol
1 tablespoon white vinegar or BEWIT organic apple cider vinegar
2 drops BEWIT Orange Sun
2 drops BEWIT Citron Sun
2 drops BEWIT Lavender
BEWIT Lavender Essential Water
Glass bottle 50 ml, spray

PROCEDURE

Prepare a bottle.

Drip the essential oils into the bottle and add the perfume base or high-proof alcohol.

Close the bottle well, shake and give the essential oils five to ten minutes to dissolve slightly in the alcohol.

After each exercise spray generously on the mat and aids, wipe with a cloth and ideally let your mat breathe for a few minutes before rolling up.

Recommendations First test the spray on a small area of the pad. This will test whether your yoga mats can tolerate all the ingredients well.
