Terms and Conditions for the Pink Month 2026 Promotion

1. Organiser of the Promotion

2. Duration of the Promotion

The Pink Month 2026 promotion runs during the period:

from 1st October 2026 to 31st October 2026 or while stocks of promotional items last.

The Organiser reserves the right to change or prematurely terminate the promotion during its duration.

3. Subject and Mechanism of the Promotion

As part of the Pink Month 2026 promotion, the Organiser provides customers with a discount of up to 50% on selected products from the BEWIT e-shop offer.

The amount of the discount may vary for individual products. The specific discount and current selling price are always stated directly with the relevant product in the e-shop.

The discount is already reflected in the price of the promotional product, and the customer does not need to enter a discount code to obtain it, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific offer.

4. Applying the Discount

The discount can only be used if the following conditions are met:

• the customer makes a purchase during the promotion period,
• the discount applies only to products marked as part of the Pink Month promotion,
• the amount of the discount is governed by the offer stated for the specific product,
• the decisive price is the one stated for the product at the time of completing the order.

The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the start of the promotion or to already completed orders.

5. Promotion Limitations

Discounts provided as part of the Pink Month promotion:

• cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or individual benefits, unless explicitly stated otherwise,
• cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation,
• apply only to selected promotional items,
• are valid only for purchases made during the promotion period.

Individual products may be removed from the promotion during its duration, particularly due to stock depletion.

6. Product Availability

The promotion is valid for its duration or while stocks of individual promotional products last.

The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of all products or individual product variants throughout the entire duration of the promotion.

The offer of promotional items may change during the promotion depending on stock availability.

7. Scope of Participants

The promotion is intended for customers purchasing through the BEWIT e-shop.

Any further restrictions relating to specific products, customer groups, or individual offers will be stated directly with the given offer.

8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are published on the Organiser's website and come into effect on 1st October 2026.

The Organiser reserves the right to change these terms and conditions during the promotion, or to shorten, extend, or terminate the promotion. Any changes will be published in the same way as these terms and conditions.
