Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Poultice

Mix 1 drop of the essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the neck or chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

Esenciální směs VITALITY patří mezi můj nový objev. Používám ho na lekcích jógy v zimních měsících pro klienty, kteří přijdou na lekci unavení a mám s ní dobré zkušenosti. Cvičící se cítí nabití energií a odchází příjemně odpočatí. Směs navíc nádherně voní, cítím z ní hluboké osvěžující a energizující účinky.

Skvelý olej. Používam na pastu Superdent, kvapkam po 1– max 2 kvapkách raz do týždňa na posilnenie, vitalitu zubov. Pomohol tam, kde bol klasický Dent slabý.

Örömteli , üdítő érzés volt,, mikor először beleszippantottam a Vitality üvegcsébe. Kicsit egyhangú volt a kedvem, a napom. Np jó, akkor kipróbálok újabb illatokat, lássuk.Ebbe azonnal beleszerettem, ilyen élettel teli, vidám illatot, 5 perc múlva már újra friss lendületben éreztem magam, felvillanyozva fogtam neki a feladataimnak.
