Returns and Complaints
Oops! Did your delivery not arrive as expected? Do you want to return the goods? Did something go wrong?
Making a complaint with us is not complicated. You can easily send the parcel to us.
TIP: You can prevent diffuser complaints by regular maintenance (cleaning and descaling). You will usually solve the problem yourself. Complaints due to contamination will not be accepted.
Internet Explorer is not supported. The form is optimised for modern and secure browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. To submit a complaint or return goods, please use one of these browsers.

What to do if you receive damaged goods
If the shipping packaging is clearly damaged, you have the right to refuse the parcel from the carrier.
If the packaging is damaged and you still decide to accept the parcel, draw up a damage report with the driver on the spot, and if possible, take a photo of the packaging.
If the shipping packaging is intact, but our products are damaged after unpacking, follow the complaint instructions above.
