Although the effects of ginger essential oils are similar, there are differences in their scents. While the aroma of the essential oil from medical ginger (Zingiber officinalis) is distinctly fresh to fruity, Chinese ginger (Boesenbergia pandurata) is characterised by its spicy and strikingly herbal fragrance.

The components of this product are processed up to a temperature of 42 °C so that we protect the enzymes and maximise its nutritional value. Scientific research has shown that when processing these ingredients at higher temperatures it will damage some enzymes and micronutrients or completely destroy them.

Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Bath

Thoroughly mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into a tub filled with water.

Pokud piju na podzim a v zimě raw šťávy, dodávají mi sice živou a radostnou energii, ale zároveň mě chladí. S tím jsem si nevěděla už několik let rady, protože jsem nechtěla ze šťavnaté raw energie slevit, ale také jsem nechtěla ani pořád „klepat kosu“ :-) Jedna nebo dvě kapky raw zázvoru a k tomu 1 kapka skořice do lahve se šťávou či smoothie a je to vyřešené. Zázvor a skořice opravdu zahřívají moje tělo, ačkoliv jsem jinak nesnědla nic „teplého“ a já si můžu vesele užívat živosti! :-) Má příjemnou chuť. ;-)
