Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

Jeden z dalších vydařených olejů BEWITu – směs VAHE. Při práci u PC, kdy je vytížená hlava, hlavně oči a tělu se nedostává dostatečného pohybu, než „se k práci usadíme“, promasírujeme lehce dolní část nohou, zvláště lýtka zředěným olejem VAHE. Krásně prokrví. Používám i nezředěné. A samozřejmě udržovat nožky ve zdravém pohybu, jak jen to jde!

Razem z Vahe i Tea tree bardzo wzmacnia, daje siły, można przy nich długo pracować i nie być zmęczonym.
