„Bodlákový olej má u nás mnoho využití. Malému ho dávám do příkrmů pro jeho zdroj omega kyselin a vlivu na imunitu. Také nám v tomto směru pomohl s trávením a celkovým vyprazdňováním při zavádění pevné stravy. Pro kosmetické účely jej velmi ráda používám spolu s olejem Geranium na pleť, stejně jako pro kadidlové oleje. Na celé tělo potom jako nosný pro nějrůznější oleje. Je také úžasný na masáže pro děti spolu s baby sleep a massage kids. “

Illata nem jellegzetes, ezért szívesen adok hozzá illókat bőrápoláshoz, melyet teljes testre alkalmazok. Jól szívódó olaj. Hasznos tápérték tulajdonságait kihasználva kapszulába illó belső fogyasztásakor használom ki, illetve salátára szoktam tenni. Arcápoló szérum egyik összetevője ha egyedit készítek éppen.
