Rmen, or Roman chamomile, is a small woody perennial herb that grows to a height of twenty-five centimetres.
The uses of this essential oil, which is produced by steam distillation of the flowers, are wide-ranging.
On an emotional level, Rmen essential oil's scent can harmonise, soothe anger, calm the mind. It can help us accept our limitations and teach us to willingly accept the help and support others can give us. If we allow it, it can support our integrity.
It finds use in pharmacy and is also sought after as a fragrance ingredient in select perfumery, cosmetics and soap making.
