Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Shower
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with 3 tablespoons of liquid soap to create your own body wash for the shower.

EO PRENA – jsem si objednala omylem, ale když už byl u mě, rozhodla jsem se ho vyzkoušet, díky složení, které je z aromaterapeutického hlediska velmi vhodné pro podporu trávení, zažívání a také příjemného dechu a zároveň může napomáhat při překyselení žaludku, nadýmání a náhlé nevolnosti, rozhodla jsem se, že jej budu nosit v kabelce a občas si ho dám. Díky terapeutické kvalitě a testům, které v Bewit dělají, se nebojím tento ulejíček užívat vnitřně. Propojila jsem ho ze vzácným Perilla olejem a občas si kápnu na jazyk pro zlepšení chuti. Jeho chuť je úžasná stejně jako vůně. Za mě tedy příjemný „omyl“ při nákupu.
