Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Shower
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with 3 tablespoons of liquid soap to create your own body wash for the shower.
