Move GT esenciální olej

Postupně zkouším všechny směsi od Bewit, které souvisí s pohybovým aparátem. Cvičím jógu a často potřebuji tělu pomoci s uvolněním určitých oblastí.

Před asi 19 dny jsem pocítila napětí v koleni a pod kolenem – šlacha nepříjemně bolela. Začala jsem se pravidelně mazat směsmi Move It, Mucra a Frankincense Quattuor. Dnes jsem před cvičením sáhla po směsi Move GT – a byl to skutečný zážitek. Celé tělo bylo ještě pružnější a uvolněnější, nohu jsem mohla lépe propnout, díky čemuž jsem se ponořila do hlubšího prožitku cvičení.

A pak to přišlo – najednou jsem ucítila jemné křupnutí ve šlachách pod kolenem. V tu chvíli přišla úleva. Koleno opět funguje bez omezení a já s ním mohu provádět jakýkoliv pohyb, který potřebuji.
