Methods of use
Inhalation
Put 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, and stir into a water-filled bath.

Valamièrt èdeskès illatra számítottam mint mondjuk az earth, bevallom elsőre meglepett, hogy inkább a víz vagy a fèm olajokhoz áll közeleb. Ahogy megillatolta vègighúzodott a gerincem ès elkezdte nagyon lágyan finoman mozgatni a kundalini energiáimat. Theta healing konzultáció közben is nagy segítsèg a csakrák megnyitásában. A párom szereti az olajokat, de nem szokott különösebben reagálni. Megèrezte a Prána illatát ès megjegyezte mennyire tetszik neki .🤗

A fém elem egyfajta védő , határoló minőség. Keménysége egyaránt lehet sértő vagy hasznos. Számomra ez az illat azt hozta hogy lehet szárnyalni boldogan ,de segítünk a földön maradni ,védünk .

Víz elemű nap hozott negatív érzelmi hullámot, mielőtt szétmosott volna a nap a diffúzorba csöppentettem fém olajat. Mintha elvágták volna a negatív energiákat, pillanatok alatt került helyre minden. Kesernyés illata kitisztította az elmémet és segített átfordítani az energia áramlást. kell, hogy barmikor kéznél legyen :)

Bewit CTEO Metal-Fém Elem teszt
A fém elem illót inhalálva, szinte már izlelgetve, mintha a nyelvemben is megjelenne a fém íze. Végig lehet követni az olaj útját. Orron be majd két felé ágazik, megy fel a fejbe, majd egyszerre megindul lefelé torkon keresztül, egészen a szív útjáig érzem jelenlétét. Hűvöskés, de kellemes illat, befogadom. Hatással van rám, erősen mutatja, hol nem tudok elengedni. Fém illata van, keménysége van. Tudás, önmagunkkal való kapcsolatunk, középont, mélység, védelem. Mélyen veszem a levegőt. Hogyan használható: Önismereti tréningek, önfejlesztés esetén, önbizalom hiány jelenlétekor, tüdő problémák,emésztési zavarok, betegségek. Befogadás-Elengedés folyamatok segítésére.
