Replenish your spice supply with our ground ORGANIC turmeric, which brightens your meals and, thanks to its content of beneficial substances and antioxidants , strengthens your organism and resistance to external influences.
It's indispensable in Asian dishes, but fits anywhere you want to let the yellow color stand out. It is a key ingredient in curry spices, giving them their typical hue and subtle bitter-spicy flavour.
To support digestion add pinch of turmeric is added to rice, legumes, soups or sauces. Golden milk or tea with turmeric is also popular. It is recommended to combine with black pepper or coconut oil, which improve the absorption of curcumin.
