The smell of valerian is unpleasant to most people. However, the positive effects of the essence compensate for this many times over.
In aromatherapy, valerian has gained its reputation for its relaxing effect. Fenugreek essential oil is ideal for balancing in the mental realm to overcome stress, but is also very effective in inducing calm, sound sleep. Overall, it supports mental health.
Valerian essential oil is also used as an aphrodisiac. However, it is more relaxing than stimulating.

Witam. Niedawno kupiłam olejek valerian. Kot nie korzystał z kuwety.
Zrobiłam miszankę ~woda (90 ml )
+ wódka (10ml)+ 4 kropelki olejku valerian . To wszysto zmieszałam w butelce
z atomizerem. Spryskałam kuwetę.Kot zaczął załatwiać się do kuwety.Koty
uwilbiają.VAlERiANĘ. Dziekuję za ten olejek.
