Cardamom black or green?

Although they have the same names and belong to the same ginger family, they belong to different genera. Their effects are similar, they differ in scents. While the essential oil of green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) has a sweeter, more herbal and balsamic aroma, black cardamom (Amomum subulatum) has a smokier and woody aroma.

Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Bath

Thoroughly mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into a tub filled with water.

Massage

Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Cardamom negru ulei esențial

Cardamomul este considerat regina condimentelor și este unul dintre cele mai scumpe plante, situandu-se pe locul trei dupa șofran si vanilie. L-am achiziționat datorită beneficiilor sale pentru sănătate, ca: protecția gastrointestinală – eu având ceva dereglări…, reglarea colesterolului, combaterea cancerului, imbunatațirea afecțiunilor cardiovasculare și a circulației sangelui. Cardamomul poate fi folosit cu succes în vindecarea bolilor dentare și a infecțiilor de tract urinar, respectiv a cistitelor, nefritelor și gonoreei. Datorită aromei sale dulcege, cardamomul a fost considerat un condiment cu proprietați afrodisiace, dar care poate chiar trata impotenta și ejacularea prematura. Personal am folosit cu vârful scobitorii, la diferite mâncăruti sau la prajituri, cum ar fi turta dulce, pâine și alte produse de patiserie. Am pus, chiar și in cafeaua de dimineață. Pun câteva picături și in difuzer…Fitochimicalele naturale din compoziția lui au abilitati antioxidante și antiinflamatorii, care contribuie la ameliorarea unor probleme de sanatate. Mulțumesc Conducerii Bewit, dar și celor ce lucreză pentru binele oamenilor!
