Although they have the same names and belong to the same ginger family, they belong to different genera. Their effects are similar, they differ in scents. While the essential oil of green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) has a sweeter, more herbal and balsamic aroma, black cardamom (Amomum subulatum) has a smokier and woody aroma.
This essential oil is not intended for children under 10 years of age.

Inhalation
Drip 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Bath
Thoroughly mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into a tub filled with water.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
