was discovered and who first used this widely used drink. Whether the origins of
vinegar are linked to the history of the Celts or the history of the Western
Roman Empire, one thing is clear. The production of apple cider vinegar
is undoubtedly linked to the main unmistakable ingredient – apples and their
history.
The origins of apples are traced back to Eurasia, where they were widely
distributed across the world thanks to the constant movement of conquistadors
and colonists of the time. It is believed that the production of the first apple
cider vinegar was linked to the discovery of yeasts found in the surrounding
countryside and their subsequent application. And as it happens, it was
trial and error that helped give rise to the apple cider
vinegar we know today.
Any grandmother who has come into contact with this versatile helper will
surely tell you about the positive effects of apple cider vinegar. You can also

Gently processed organic apples
The foundation for making apple cider vinegar is certified organic
apples. Through a process called fermentation, the sugars in the apples
are converted into their fermentation products. These are collectively referred
to as vinegar.
The resulting vinegar is not filtered or pasteurised. As
part of the gentle processing, there is a visible and completely natural
cloudiness in the vinegar that is not detrimental. On the contrary, it is proof
that the vinegar has not been filtered or heat-stressed during production.

Thanks to the gentle processing method and the omission of filtration and
pasteurization, the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals and enzymes are

Jablečný ocet si dávám každé ráno na lačno jednu polévkovou lžíci,
když pospíchám a nechci si krájet a mačkat čerstvý citrón. Ocet má
krásnou ovocnou chuť po jablkách, nemá takový ten kyselý „ocásek“.
Oceňuji, že je nefiltrovaný a nepasterovaný, takže si zachovává všechny
prospěšné látky.
Skvěle se hodí do salátů, marinád nebo jako ranní tonikum pro podporu
trávení. Je znát, že je vyráběn s důrazem na čistotu, kvalitu a
šetrné zpracování.
Celkově jde o výborný a univerzální ocet, který doma využijete na sto
způsobů. Vřele doporučuji každému, kdo hledá opravdu kvalitní BIO

Ocet z matką? Do niedawno sama nie wiedziałam, że taki jest, ale kiedy
moja córka poprosiła mnie, żeby kupić jej ocet z matką, powiedziałam:
„Jeśli najlepszy jest ocet z matką, to znaczy że taki musi być ocet
z Bewit” i nie myliłam się – jest z matką, czyli z żywymi
bakteriami probiotycznymi, które często są usuwane z octów bo niezbyt
ładnie mogą wyglądać…ale za to wraz z wyglądem usuwa się ich
prozdrowotne działanie dla naszych jelit.

Kupujeme opakovaně, piju každé ráno s vlažnou vodou. Je pro mne
skvělý i na podporu zažívání. Přítel nyní na jaře používá pro
zmírnění alergií a prý mu funguje velice dobře. Dává si ráno
„panáka“ octu s trochou vody. Je chuťově silný a jde poznat, že je
kvalitní. Dokonce občas používám na oplachování vlasů po umytí –
místo kondicionéru – lesknou se a dobře se rozčesávají :)

Tento jablečnák je vskutku delikátní, lahodný a jemný, přidávám
lžičku do rostlinných pomazánek a ty díku němu získají zcela lahodnou
slastnou chuť, je to taková tajná ingredience, rozhodně tento přírodní
poklad doporučuju, také jej rád používám jako oplach po umytí vlasu, kdy
dam na půl litru vlažné vody jednu polévkovou lžíci a vlasy jsou po něm
kvalitnější, lesklejší, vyživenější, za mě rozhodně pecka, která má
