Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

První dojem byl, že je vůně „jiná“, podobně jako u eo king, který přišel současně. Příjemná, zklidňující a uzemňující. Souznění s eo grounding přikládám tomu, že jsem, dle tčm a čínské filozofie prvek země. Podobné pocity mám při eo earth. díky.
