Methods of use

Skin and body care

Massage the serum of 5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of cosmetic oil gently into the skin or skin, or massage the whole body.

Poultice

Mix 5 drop of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the area of discomfort, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Kúpila si manželka na podporu tvorby mlieka. Vyraznu zmenu nezaznamenala, ale ide ešte skúsiť ďalšiu fľašku. Čuchovo, ani jej vnútorné užitie nespôsobovalo problémy.
