Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

Veľa informácii čerpám z praktickej príručky Esenciálne oleje. Pozerám si, keď v rodine alebo u blízkych, vznikne problém a potom vyberám. Čítam a pomaly beriem informácie podľa druhov olejčekov. Tak som prišla aj olejčeku Eros, keď som si povedala, že vyskúšam. Darovala som manželovi, ktorý si pár kvapiek dáva na zápästie a myslím, že prinieslo to pohodu do nášho domova. Keď, prichádzam domov a otvorím dvere, víta ma veľmi príjemná vôňa, ktorá zjemňuje vibrácie a nás spája.

Erről az olajról írtam már saját véleményt, de most szeretném megosztani a munkatársamét is, akinek megrendeltem ezt az olaj keveréket, és hasonlóan, mint én ő is el van varázsolva az illatától, nagyon szereti párologtatni, főleg a hálószobába, és megmutattam neki hogy készíthet parfümöt is belőle. Továbbra is imádat nálunk ez az esszencia :) <3
