Nigella seeds, also known as black cumin, is a herb with long history. The beneficial and very powerful effects of the seeds of this „heavenly herb“ are traceable in the ancient writings of Chinese and Tibetan medicine. Ayurvedic physicians even consider nigella seeds to be one of the most powerful herbs in the world.
From a nutritional point of view, nigella seeds or black cumin seeds are an excellent source of** essential fibre and quality vegetable oil. They are also highly valued for their **unique spectrum of aromatic compounds, which contribute to their characteristically distinctive and spicy flavour.

Naprosto milujeme, ozvláštní např. indická jídla, např. curry na kokosovém mléce, nebo jídla z červené čočky… :-)

Jedním slovem, výborné ! přidávám do salátu, smoothie, do domácího chleba, už jsme na té zvláštní chuti asi závislí :-) Objednávám opakovaně, doporučuji. Používám taktéž bio olej z černuchy seté (black cumin oil / „černý kmín“), je rovněž z Bewit nabídky. Určitě neváhejte obojí vyzkoušet !

Podpora pro překonání covidu: drcené semínka černuchy seté smíchané s medem. Je to sice náročné sníst, ale okamžitě aktivuje imunitu těla. Když člověk není nemocný, tak skvělá přísada do vaření a salátů.

Černý kmín by neměl chybět v indické kuchyni, nádherně jídlo provoní. Dá se také přidávat do chleba a nebo jako zálivka do oleje na saláty.

Velice zajímavé koření s netradiční chutí, na kterou jsme si museli prvně zvyknout, pak jsme si ji zamiloval. Černý kmín je výborný pro dochucení jídel, např. indických nebo jen tak do salátu.
