How to use coconut milk powder?
When seasoning sauces and soups, whisk the powder thoroughly
in cold water first.
To soften cocoa, tea and coffee, add 1–2 teaspoons of
powder to the cup beforehand before pouring in hot water. This will prevent the
lumpiness of the powder in the drink.
Add the amount of powder necessary to achieve the desired
flavour to your ice cream, smoothie, cream or organic dessert.
To prepare liquid coconut milk, mix about 30 g of powder in
150 ml of cold water.
