Ja tento olej používam na pleť, nekombinujem ho so žiadnym iným olejom, len do neho pridám slamienku taliansku alebo ružové drevo. Výborne hydratuje. Začala som kozmetickým avokádovým olejom, tento je však vo väčšom balení, tak som prešla na tento jedlý olej, na hydratáciu pleti 50+ je naozaj skvelý.
