Multiple types of pepper
Although the effects of spruce essential oils are similar, there are
differences in the scents. While the scent of grey spruce,Picea glauca,
is** lighter** and fresher, the scent of black spruce,
Picea mariana, impresses with its spicy notes. The
smell of the bark and wood of the black spruce is in contrast to the smell of
needles more woody. Norway spruce Picea abies is
characterised by a much more pronounced resinous freshness.

Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five
drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or
liquid soap thoroughly into the water-filled bath.

Our products (roll-ons, essential oil blends, single oils) are made
exclusively from 100% natural essential oils. Since the quality and chemical
composition of these natural raw materials depend on many variables such as the
plant’s origin, the season, the climate conditions at
harvest, and the processing time – it is only natural that
no batch of a single essential oil will ever be 100% identical
to the previous one. This inevitable natural variability means that even our
final essential oil blend may vary slightly in its aromatic notes or
intensity. These subtle nuances are, however, proof of the
product’s authenticity and natural composition, not a sign of
reduced quality. We always follow a precise recipe and use the highest quality
ingredients. The quality of CTEO® allows for all common
aromatherapy applications. However, it is always necessary to respect the
principles of safe use and not to exceed the
recommended dosage of essential oils.
A sensitivity test is recommended before
application to the skin. (Try a small amount of essential oil diluted according
to the carrier oil formula on the wrist. This is how you find out if the mixture
suits you.) Children are extremely sensitive to the effects of
essential oils, so it is essential to always consult a specialist and take
special care when using them. Sensitive and chronically
ill individuals, pregnant and nursing women should also always consult
a certified aromatherapist or physician when using a blend. Anyone with
persistent feelings of discomfort should do the same. Great caution is also
required if animals are in the vicinity during your inhalation. They need to be
given time to leave the room.

jeho silná lesní vůně, i příjemně zchladí a navodí pocit klidu,
relaxace. Moc příjemný, mám ráda všechny stromové vůně, nedávno jsem
si uvědomila, proč je tak moc používám a cítím se s nimi “doma”…
protože uzemňují rozlítáného člověka jako já :-))… velké pevné
kořeny, které drží korunu pohybující se ve větru, to jsou kvality, které
předávájí i nám, podrží nás…
Vůně lesa doma! Krásná vůně jehličí. Tato Esence Vám krásně
provoní místnost jehličím a v kombinaci s Citrónem ideální v období
chřipek a nachlazení. Objednávám znova.
Nejvíce voní lesem a jehličím, třeba oproti jedli, borovici, cypřiši
či vavřínu. Vůní je podobný cypřiši. Jako většina jehličnanů je
dobrý na dýchací i močové cesty (je antibakteriální a antivirotický).
Je vhodný na prokrvení a proti křečím. Já ho hlavně používám na
inhalaci kvůli dýchání. :-)
Az egyik kedvenc illóolajom! Az illata számomra nagyon nyugtató , mintha a
természet hívogatna és egy erdő közepén lennék. Olyan friss ,nyugodt,
tiszta , tudatos érzetet áraszt magából , ami hiányzik szerintem sokak
rohanó városi életéből. Diffúzorba cseppentve 3–5 cseppet segít egy
fél órára lelazulni , elcsendesíteni az elménk , megpihenni és
újratöltődni a rohanásból. Külsőleg hordozó olajba keverve 2–3 cseppet
szoktam kenni tenyér , csukló, talp , és nyaki részen. Még hatásásobb
eredmény elérésében használjunk valamilyen bewit esszencia vizet alapul
,hogy még jobban , mélyebben fel tudjon szívódni .
