Without tempering and with a patina on the surface

The cocoa butter naturally forms relatively stable, sharp-edged crystals, and any released fat may rise to the surface of the product, creating a patina.

Each PRAWTEIN contains different ingredients that can colour the resulting patina into different shades. However, these are not undesirable.

Beige shades – superfoods such as maca peruvian, carob… Green shades – herbs (five-leaved gynostemma, stinging nettle…) or seaweeds (saw kelp, Atlantic spirulina…). Additional colour variations may also appear, differing based on the specific types of PRAWTEIN.
