The importance of carbon as the basic building block of all organic compounds, including ourselves, was already addressed in the 19th century by scholar Rudolf Steiner, who referred to it as the philosopher's sto­ne. A specific and highly effective form of carbon is fullerenes, particularly one of their variants, the C60 molecule. Without tempering and with a patina on the surface

To comply with the principles of RAW product, we skip the so-called tempering process during production. This process typically occurs at temperatures around 47°C or higher, which is why we avoid these temperatures when processing PRAWTEIN. The cocoa butter naturally forms relatively stable, sharp-edged crystals, and any released fat may rise to the surface of the product, creating a patina.

Each PRAWTEIN contains different ingredients that can colour the resulting patina into different shades. However, these are not undesirable.

Beige shades – superfoods such as maca peruvian, carob… Green shades – herbs (five-leaved gynostemma, stinging nettle…) or seaweeds (saw kelp, Atlantic spirulina…). Additional colour variations may also appear, differing based on the specific types of PRAWTEIN.
