„Mango je moje srdeční záležitost, tak jako jahody. Oboje je pro mne nej ovoce. Tolik litrů šťávy z Manga co jsem v Peru vypila za týden, jsem neměla za předešlou část života. Toto sušené Mango je také z Peru, tudíž ještě více mi připomíná nádherný čas cestování a poznávání této oblasti. Mango jsem si s vodou ze studánky umíchala jako malou přesnídávku a naprostá spokojenost, jemnost, přirozená sladkost a hlavně báječně osvěží. Kdo jí kaše a nebo tvaroh, věřím, že bude mít alespoň podobný gastronomický zážitek. Vím, že s sebou na cesty mohu přibalit a kdykoliv si dát zdravou výživu pro tělo a osvěžení zároveň. Příště si koupím tu větší variantu, neboť možná v papírové formě je trochu hrudek ( pochopitelně) ta skleněná to možná i více udrží sypké a hlavně vím už teď, že velké balení se mi vyplatí. Add two teaspoons (5 g) of powder to porridge, smoothie or your favourite yoghurt.
The powder binds moisture very easily and gradually hardens. Therefore, keep it in its original packaging throughout the storage period and always close it tightly after removing the powder. Store in a sealed container in a dry and dark place at a maximum temperature of 25 °C.
The package also includes a moisture absorber. The silica gel bag in the product is not intended for consumption.
In the production of the powder, the mango underwent an extremely gentle process of express freezing (IQF). It is the rapid freezing of individual pieces of fruit or vegetables at a very low temperature, which preserves their original aroma, color, taste, texture and nutritional value. Freezing is followed by careful drying. Fruit or vegetable prepared this way is then ground into fine powder.

Stejně jako mrazem sušené jahody, také toto mango je super do kaší jako alternativa, když nemám čerstvé ovoce. Do vloček přidám místo cukru sušenou třtinovou šťávu, která jídlo ovoní a mám skvělou snídani bez zbytečné zátěže. 😍

Niezwykle aromatyczny, słodki ale też ożeźwiający. Kupuję w dużych opakowaniach bo szklane, choć wygodniejsze w użyciu mają mniejszą pojemność. Dodajemy do koktajli, deserów, przygotowujemy na jego bazie lemoniadę, która doskonale gasi pragnienie, a przy tym jest pełna witamin. Doskonale smakuje z mlekiem kokosowym Bewit!
