Instructions for preparation:
Stir two teaspoons (5 g) of powder into your favourite food or drink.
Caution:
Lucuma powder is intended for use in both cold and hot cuisine, but higher
temperatures can devalue the nutrients it contains.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
The powder binds moisture very easily and gradually hardens. Therefore, keep it in its original packaging throughout the storage period and always close it tightly after removing the powder. Store in a dry and dark place at a maximum temperature of 25 °C.
The package also includes a moisture absorber.

Kaše moc často nedělám a tak jsem přemýšlela, kde by v našem jídelníčku tato výživná perla našla uplatnění. A přišla jsem na to 😎. Milujeme tvarohový dortík za studena a někdy je tvaroh řidší nebo chci přidat trošku rumu či kompotované borůvky nebo mandarinky a lucuma mi to krásně zahustí a ještě dodá vlákninu🙂. Takže…dám cukrářské piškoty, poliju je silnou kávou, pak vrstvu tvarohu s třtinovým cukrem, skořicí, (může být našlehaná šlehačka kokosová), lucuma, troška rumu. Zamíchám, potřu polovinou tvarohové náplně, dám čerstvé borůvky, maliny …nebo kompotované ovoce přecezené. Pak druhou polovinu náplně a na to čerstvé měkké ovoce. Teď používám naše maliny z mražáku. Dortík nám obvykle vydrží s manželem ke kávě na dva dny. 🙊🤭

Trošku jsem se bála, když jsem objednala celé 1 kg prášku Lucuma, že jsem to zase přehnala. Opak je ale pravdou. Přidávám denně dětem do milk shake a do ovocných ledových tříští, chutná docela nenápadně a starší syn včera pronesl: mami, nevím co nám do toho dáváš ale chutná to výborně a chci ještě :-) Sousedovic dítě prý skoro nic nejí, no ne když je u nás.. Ve smoothie do sebe dostane Lucumu a opravdu hlasitě zvolal : Nic lepšího jsem v životě nepil, zítra dopoledne příjdu zase :-) Tak si říkám že nakonec to kilo nevydrží ani do léta :-)

Lucuma je podľa mňa najlepšie sladidlo do kaše. Každopádne ho nedávam do horúcej hmoty, ale až po miernom vychladnutí. Skvelo sa rozmiešava a netvorí hrudky, čiže nie je nutné ju vmiešavať do horúceho jedla.

Am ales sa cumpar Lucuma pentru ca are un indice glicemic mic si pentru ca este bogat in fibre , aceste proprietati reprezentand un real ajutor in mentinerea unei greutati ideale . Il folosesc atat ca indulcitor adaugand doua lingurite de pulbere la o cana cu ceaiul meu preferat sau adaugat la iaurt , salate de fructe sau alte mancaruri . Are un gust dulce unic si placut. Multumesc Bewit !

Keď som si prečítala, že lucuma prášok sa odporúča užívať osobám so sedavým zamestnaním musela som ho vyskúšať. :) Má skvelú chuť, najčastejšie ho pridávam do vlažného čierneho čaju. Zasýti – vhodný aj ako náhrada desiaty, olovrantu.
