Lucuma powder is intended for use in both cold and hot cuisine, but higher temperatures can devalue the nutrients it contains.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE

The powder binds moisture very easily and gradually hardens. Therefore, keep it in its original packaging throughout the storage period and always close it tightly after removing the powder. Store in a dry and dark place at a maximum temperature of 25 °C.
