Seasoning of food

Use like regular salt to flavour any dish. Recommendations Sodium chloride (salt) is present in a wide range of foods, which is why we recommend using no more than 5 g of our Himalayan salt per day to flavour your food.

To make the salt solution, mix 2–3 g of Himalayan salt and 3 dcl of water. Inhale the steam from the hot solution. Flush the nasal cavities with this solution at a temperature of around 37℃, using a special teapot or other equipment designed for this purpose.

Bath

Pour a reasonable amount of salt (half to one cup) into a tub of warm water and relax in it for 15–20 minutes. After the bath, take a shower with lukewarm water without soap and rest for at least 10–20 minutes in a quiet and warm place.
