There's no lemon like a lemon

The aroma of lemon essential oils can vary slightly depending on how they are obtained. The cold-pressed ** oil smells citrusy and fresh, while the aroma of the SUN version is more astringent and sour due to the additional distillation. The oil obtained **by steam distillation is more delicate, refreshing with sweet notes.

Warning

Due to the furanocoumarins it contains, this essential oil slightly increases the skin's sensitivity to UV rays. Therefore, after applying it to the skin, it is recommended to avoid direct contact with sunlight, preferably for 24 hours.

If you want to avoid these limitations, choose the „BEWIT Lemon SUN“ variant, with which you can also go out in the sun.

Methods of use

Inhalation

Put 3–5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of five drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

House cleaning

To 40 ml of water with 10 ml of vinegar add 15 drops of essential oil and use the mixture for surface cleaning.
