Methods of use
Inhalation
Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.
Massage
Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.
Bath
Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

ALG stosuję zamiennie z AST przy nasileniu objawów alergii, w dyfuzorze, oraz wdycham rozsmarowując na nadgarstkach. Sprawdza się też przy alergiach kontaktowych na zwierzęta domowe. Zakraplam również często na poduszkę przed snem, żeby ułatwić oddychanie.

Ast to mieszanka dla mnie. Okazało się, że mam uczulenie na psa i często mam świszczący oddech i poranne bóle zatok. Zaczęłam zakraplać na poduszkę na noc i lepiej mi się oddycha, coraz rzadziej mam świsty i głowa już nie boli. Dziękuję Bewit.

Imádom az esti sétákat, főleg hóesésben, ami nálunk sajnos még várat magára. Ennek ellenére teszteltem és azt írhatom, sokkal könnyedebb volt a járás és a levegő vétele is, kevésbé fáradtam el. Kellemes érzés volt a szervezetem számára is!
