Terms and Conditions for the SUPERFOODS Product Promotion

1. Organiser of the Promotion

2. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from 1st September 2026 to 30th September 2026 or while stocks last. The Organiser reserves the right to change or terminate the promotion at any time.

3. Subject and Mechanism of the Promotion
Within the scope of the promotion, the Organiser provides customers with a discount on selected products from the BEWIT e-shop offer via a discount code.
The discount code will be in the format, for example: SUPERFOODS (25% discount from the basic price list for selected products).
The specific discount code and discount amount for this promotion are as follows: SUPERFOODS, 25% discount from the basic price list for selected products.

4. Applying the Discount
The discount can only be applied if the following conditions are met: the customer makes a purchase during the promotion period, the customer enters a valid discount code in the shopping basket before completing the order, the discount applies exclusively to products marked as part of the promotion. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

5. Promotion Limitations
Discount codes provided as part of this promotion: cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or individual benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for money or other compensation, can only be used once per order, unless otherwise specified.

6. Product Availability
The promotion is valid for its duration or while stocks of promotional items last. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of all products throughout the promotion period.

7. Participants
The promotion is intended for end customers purchasing through the BEWIT e-shop.

8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are published on the Organiser's website and come into effect on 1st September 2026. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion. Changes will be published in the same manner as these terms and conditions.
