Terms and Conditions of the Summer Sale 2026

1. Event Organiser

The organiser of the event is the company:

2. Event Period

The event runs during the period:

The promotion is valid from 1st August 2026 to 31st August 2026 or while stocks of promotional items last. The Organiser reserves the right to change or terminate the promotion at any time.

3. Subject and Mechanism of the Promotion

As part of the promotion, the Organiser provides customers with a discount on selected products from the BEWIT e-shop offer, up to 70% off the basic price list.

The discount is applied directly to the promotional price of the product – the customer does not need to enter any discount code.

The specific discount amount and promotional price will always be stated for the respective promotional product.

4. Applying the Discount

The discount can only be applied if the following conditions are met:

• the customer makes a purchase during the promotion period,
• the discount applies exclusively to products marked as part of the promotion,
• the promotional price stated for the product at the time of completing the order is decisive.

The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to already created orders.

5. Promotion Limitations

Discounts provided under this promotion:

• cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or individual benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise,
• cannot be exchanged for money or other compensation,
• are valid only for purchases made during the promotion period.

6. Product Availability

The promotion is valid for its duration or while stocks of promotional items last.

The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of all products throughout the entire duration of the promotion.

7. Scope of Participants

The promotion is intended for end customers purchasing through the BEWIT e-shop.

8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are published on the Organiser's website and come into effect on 1st August 2026.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion. Changes will be published in the same way as these terms and conditions.
