How we make BEWITELLA

For the cocoa varieties, we gently process the cocoa beans at temperatures up to 42 °C to preserve what nature has left in them. Hazelnut paste takes a different approach. We roast the nuts just until the true nutty aroma and flavour awaken, but before any unwanted bitterness appears. Roasting also releases oil, which makes the paste naturally easy to spread.

The simplest way is the best: by the spoonful directly from the jar.

Does BEWITELLA contain sugar?

No BEWITELLA contains refined sugar or artificial sweeteners. Hazelnut Classic, Cashew Classic, and Sweet Magic are sweetened only with organic date powder, Classic with dried cane juice. Hazelnut paste is not sweetened at all.

What is the difference between BEWITELLA and hazelnut paste?

BEWITELLAS are nut creams with a proportion of raw cocoa and natural sweetness. Hazelnut paste contains only one ingredient – hazelnuts. It is not sweet and does not contain cocoa.
