Inhalation

Drip 3–5 drops of the essential blend into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Bath

Mix 3–5 drops of the essential blend with three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap, stir into a water-filled bath.

Směs OK DIG jsem si zamilovala hned při prvním přičichnutí. Nejčastěji ho používám, když sním něco, co moc „nevoní“ mému zažívání a mám pocit těžkosti v žaludku. Stačí kapka do dlaní, pár hlubokých nádechů a výdechů a v řádu vteřin je po problému. Skvěle funguje i dceři na nevolnost během jízdy v autě. Nedám na něj dopustit.
