The BEWIT Aromatherapist Course (69–043-H) will provide you with a solid foundation in aromatherapy and teach you how to practically apply it in your personal and professional life. An experienced team of lecturers will guide you through the theory and practice of aromatherapy at the modern BEWIT training centre in Těrlicko.

This comprehensive programme will prepare you for a professional examination according to the qualification standard. Upon successful completion, you will receive a state-recognised certificate in accordance with Section 18 of Act No. 179/2006 Coll., which will enable you to operate independently or expand your range of cosmetic and massage services.

What you will learn

Practical training covers all 8 professional competencies according to the National Qualifications System:

• Assessing and evaluating the client's condition
• Distinguishing between aromatherapy raw materials and procedures
• Creating essential oil compositions
• Selecting oils according to the client's condition and risk factors
• Full-body aromatherapy massage
• Ordering and storing raw materials
• Adhering to hygienic and operational standards

Who is the course for?

The course is suitable for beginners and experienced professionals – masseurs, therapists, beauticians, and anyone who wants to expand their services with aromatherapy procedures. A prerequisite for participation is being 18 years of age and submitting a completed application form.

How the instruction takes place

Instruction takes place in person every fortnight, in the form of a combination of theory and practice. We emphasise an individual approach, working in small groups, and a friendly atmosphere. The instruction also includes training in full-body aromatherapy massage, mixing blends, and hygienic operating rules.

• Soňa Jurková – anatomy and musculoskeletal system instruction, educator, athlete, and coach with extensive experience.
• Jakub Láník – masseur, specialist in aromatherapy techniques, with many years of experience in regenerative and sports massages.
• Marcela Sovadinová – registered AČA aromatherapist, lecturer of aromatherapy massage, combines scent, touch, and sound in a holistic approach.

Course Outcome

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of professional qualification in the field of Aromatherapist (code 69–043-H), authorised by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic.

1. Is the course suitable for complete beginners?

Yes, the course starts from the basics and will guide you step-by-step through the theory and practice of aromatherapy.

2. Can I start my own business after completing the course?

Yes, upon successful completion of the examination, you will receive a state-recognised certificate that authorises you to practice independently or expand your services.

3. Do you also offer a Sports Masseur course?

We currently do not offer the 69–037-M "Sports Masseur" course. We recommend monitoring our course offerings for its availability.

4. Can I only apply for the examination?
