The smell of citron essential oil may vary slightly depending on how and where it is obtained. While the scent of the classically pressed essential oil is citrusy and sweet, the SUN version is more astringent and sour thanks to additional distillation. The oil obtained by steam distillation is more delicate, refreshing with sweet notes.

Methods of use

Inhalation

Drip 3 – 5 drops of essential oil into the diffuser or inhalation stick.

Massage

Gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body with a mixture of 3–5 drops of essential oil and 30 ml of carrier oil.

Bath

Thoroughly mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and three tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into the water-filled bath.
