Methods of use

Bath

Thoroughly mix 3–5 drops of essential oil and 3 tablespoons of cream, honey or liquid soap into the water-filled tub.

Massage

Mix 1 drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil and gently massage the soles of the feet or the whole body.

Poultice

Mix one drop of the essential blend with 30 ml of carrier oil, rub the chest area, apply a moist and impermeable layer, and leave on.

EO Mucra je môj pomocník pri mojich nohách. Koleno i po oparacii už nieje 100%. Tak mi pomahajú Bewit esencie. Mucra je jeden s favoritov na bolesť svalov. Prijemne vonia a nariedená s nosným olejom je účinná na masáž celej nohy, hlavne na tu po operácii. Mám občas odstup medzi používaním. V lete použivam viac, lebo i viac chodím. Som vďačná Bewit za esencie, ktoré dobre učinkujú a nemusím brať chemické.

Před pár dny jsem si vyvrtla kotník, Před dvěmi lety jsem to léčila hlavně kadidlem, teď jsem se rozhodla pro Mucru a musím říct, že nezklamala. Poctivě jsem nanášela přímo na bolestivý otok a po namazání ještě vdechovala. Voněla mi v té chvíli opravdu úžasně… Kotník do týdne zcela rozchozený, otok už skoro splasklý a já spokojená.

Mucra illóolaj

Egy jó ideje már nem tudtam futni, mert mindig megfájdult a térdem és a sípcsontom. Hiába szedtem porcerősítőt, már nem használt. Nemrég kipróbáltam a Mucra és a Nopa olajokat. Bemelegítés előtt 1–2 cseppel bekenem a térdem és a sípcsontom környékét, majd „lezárom“ egy kis Sport Relax olajjal. Ismét élvezem a futást, nem fáj a térdem, sem közben, sem utána. Köszönöm Bewit!
