History

As early as 3,000 years ago

Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis) is a climbing plant native to the South American Amazon. The beneficial effects of the seeds of this plant were already used by the ancient Incas, as early as 3,000 years ago [1, 2]

Processing process

Cold pressed

Sacha Inchi oil is extracted from the seeds of the Peruvian Sacha Inchi plant (Plukenetia Volubilis), in the most gentle way, by cold pressing. The maximum content of vitamins and valuable phytonutrients is preserved in this way.

Objednala jsem Sacha Inchi olej pro jeho účinky, které můžou zlepšovat paměť, podporovat logické myšlení a odbourávat únavu. Pátrala jsem dál. Olej obsahuje antioxidanty, jód, vitamíny A a E. Je bohatým zdrojem nenasycených mastných kyselin (Omega 3 – 48,6%, Omega 6 – 36,8%, Omega 9 – 8,3%) nezbytný pro zdravý život lidí. Obsahuje až 90% těchto kyselin. Takové množství není v žádných jiných semenech olejnatých rostlin. Je toho mnohem víc, Výzkumy ukazují, že Sacha Inchi obsahuje vysoké množství esenciálních mastných kyselin, bílkovin, vitaminů a minerálů. Tyto látky mohou pomoci posílit imunitní systém, zlepšit trávení a snížit riziko srdečních onemocnění. Některé výzkumy naznačují, že sacha inchi by mohla podpořit zdravou hladinu cholesterolu. Malá studie na 30 osobách zjistila, že u účastníků, kteří užívali 10–15 ml oleje ze semen sacha inchi denně po dobu 4 měsíců, došlo ke zlepšení krevního tlaku, celkového cholesterolu, LDL (špatného) cholesterolu a HDL (dobrého) cholesterolu ve srovnání s kontrolní skupinou, která užívala slunečnicový olej. V další malé studii na 42 dospělých osobách konzumace oleje sacha inchi s jídlem s vysokým obsahem tuku zabránila zvýšení hladiny cholesterolu a zánětu, ale výsledky závisely také na metabolickém stavu osob. Sacha inchi je také skvělým zdrojem nenasycených mastných kyselin, což je typ tuku, který může pomoci snížit hladinu cholesterolu a podpořit zdraví srdce. S tím ja poslední dobou pracují. Nechci brát chemii. Za poslední rok se mi bez prášku povedlo pomalu LDL a ostatní cholesteroly snížit. Rozhodla jsem tedy přidat Scha Inchi. Překvapil mne příjemnou jemnou chuti. Budu ho používat a uvidím při další kontrole. Určitě opět dám vědět. Jsem moc vděčná Bewit, za kvalitní produkty Děkují
