Do you feel tension and seek a path to inner balance?
When tension accumulates in the body and energy cannot flow
freely, it can manifest as irritability, pressure in the upper body,
stiffness, or a feeling of inner restlessness.
Traditional Chinese medicine describes these states using the terms
rising Yang and so-called internal wind, which can disrupt the
body's natural balance.
BEWIT WAN 112 – Heavenly Touch is a patented herbal blend
created for moments when the body and mind seek calm, energy harmonisation, and
a greater sense of inner balance.
Manifestations of imbalance according to TCM
In traditional Chinese medicine, imbalance associated with internal
wind and rising Yang can be described, for example, as:
- a feeling of inner tension or irritability
- pressure in the head or upper body
- muscle or tendon stiffness
- a need for calming and support for the natural flow of energy
In the context of traditional Chinese medicine, these manifestations are
related to an imbalance in the liver and gallbladder system, which are
associated with the smooth flow of life energy Qi and the
body's ability to cope with emotions, tension, and
changes.
In harmony with the energy of spring
According to traditional Chinese medicine, spring is associated with
the Wood element, which symbolises growth, movement, and a new
beginning. After the winter period, energy gradually awakens and
naturally moves towards greater activity and movement.
This period in TCM is therefore often associated with supporting the release
of tension, greater lightness, and the natural mobilisation of energy, so that
the body can more easily attune to the more active part of the
year.
Gentle harmony for body and mind
BEWIT WAN 112 – Heavenly Touch is based on a traditional
recipe inspired by the principles of traditional Chinese
medicine, in which individual herbs create a balanced combination
supporting natural harmony.
The blend includes, among others, Baikal skullcap, which is
valued in herbal tradition for its connection to the normal state of
joints and muscles. Flexibility and freedom of movement are, in the TCM
concept, associated with the feeling of natural energy flow in the body.
The blend thus naturally fits into a period when the body, after winter,
seeks greater lightness, relaxation, and a return to its natural
rhythm.
