Fully ripe, sun-dried
The peculiarity of mulberries is that do not ripen at once.
They are harvested gradually and are also very susceptible to transport. Thus,
to maintain maximum quality, must be processed immediately after
harvest. In our case, they are dried in the gentlest way, in
the sun.
Free of sulphur dioxide and added sugar
During processing the white mulberry fruit is not treated with
sulphur dioxide, giving it a caramel colour and a milder taste.
They are not sweetened.
